Hi Guys,
I'm having a terrible time getting conversions, and you know the worst part? It is a FREE service I am offering! I am currently using Facebook Ads and Adwords. Facebook - 30 clicks last 7 days Google Adwords - 26 clicks last 7 days For facebook I'm only using a $10 budget/day right now, but as you can see traffic isn't the problem, its conversion. Hopefully you guys can provide some feedback on the landing page. canadarates.ca The points I am attempting to get across is in the message are.... -simple mortgage application (without inputting critial data like birthdate, SIN, etc) -FREE service -What we do is present their application to 250 lenders/agents/brokers - i.e. there are lots of people to choose from, and the competition enables they are getting the best possible mortgage rates. -no obligations - they can get a bunch of offers and walk away. In my opinion, perhaps I am missing some critical trust indicators? I don't know... Appreciate you taking a look. Cheers |

It seems to me that you are offering a mortgage price comparison tool. Perhaps you should take a look other similar tools for inspiration eg:
http://www.moneysupermarket.com http://www.confused.com http://www.comparethemarket.com Note the above are UK examples - there might be Canadian services out there. Emulate the best perhaps? |
