Im based in the northwest of england and involved in property/real estate

Iv been doing this for about 6 years, I have some great opportunities in liverpool and over the pond in detriot, im looking for J.V partners who want to make money without the hard work, ideally i would like people with cash to aquire properties and il fix them up and let or sell and we split the profit, i use deeds of trust documents to protect yours and my interest also most properties you will have a legal charge over. I work with a chap in liverpool who finds cheap properties for a living and sells or rents and has been doing so full time for years, problem is we need cash to expand as theres so many good deals out there for cash buyers. Typically we can split profits or give you a fixed income every month 15% approx we are open to ideas
