Cool Food muse?

Has anybody tried doing a food muse before? what is everybody thoughts on it?

Sounds good to me. You just gotta niche it down to something with less competition, remember the food industry is highly diluted with new items+cookbooks everyday. But I am sure if you follow the four hr wk wk advice of niching down enough it will work.

Exactly you need to niche it down carefully and talk to the right market...
