Default Quality Hosting

I've found that the larger and more established companies are the best. HostGator has a really simple and easy to use system. When you pair their system with domain hosting from NameCheap you end up with a really solid and affordable hosting platform.

I don't have any interest in either of these companies; I'm simply a satisfied customer.

Or go with dirt cheap (yet stable) solution like ripplehost.com; great for testing things.

I am also looking for a web hosting package and at the moment I tend to choose IX webhosting. Some friends of mine are already using them and there is nothing to complain about. I think I will start with shared web hosting and maybe some time change to dedicated web hosting.

I use 1and1. They offer the first 6 months free for their $10 package. You're allowed unlimited bandwith, storage, and domains.

Have fun

I also use Web Hosting Hub. Great price and simple to use.

I use GoDaddy for domain names - but never their web hosting, it's AWFUL!

Give me cPanel any day (that's what WHH use!).
