I've been doing the Slow Carb Diet for 2.5 weeks now. Im already down 10 pounds, but I've just started taking some supplements and im curious if they might change anything or just not go along the lines of the diet.
Im currently taking - Vitamin D3 (2,000IU once daily) -Chlorella Micro-algae (3 410mg capsules, 3 times daily. 9 TOTAL) -Cayenne (40,000 H.U. 3 times daily) -Omega-3, Purified Fish Oil (2 1000mg soft gels daily) -Garlic (1 400mg tablet daily) Im just wondering if any of these might prevent my weight loss or make things not work right. Any insight is helpful. |
