Best affiliate programs for advertisers?

My partners and I are starting an eco-chic website that sells only the most eco-friendly consumer products and we want to get into an affiliate program asap.

My first stop was to Commission Junction, but their requirements for time in business (1-year) and existing sales volume ($50k per month) were too established for us because we are startup.

Can anyone recommend affiliate programs that allow start-ups like us?
