Anyone have contacts at Google; specifically in the trending API dept.?

Need some help with some questions I have about the capabilities and the potential for using APIs through Google; specifically their trending/keyword APIs. Google Insight etc.

Unfortunately, I have 0 contacts within Google and I have heard that they are wonderful help ONCE you get a response back which can take weeks.

I thought maybe a few of the users here might have been in contact with Google at some point and might offer me some advice or direction beyond directing me to the general email address.
