Default Setting up a Business

Guys,

I will like to start a business but its been near impossible to get anything done during my regular hours. I will need maybe a firm that can handle research on the my product and assist me with Logos, Contracts, Letters of Intent, and more research.... should I look for a VA firm or should be contacting a company like legalzoom.com... thanks again guys.

Frank

Well I think a VA would be cheaper than anyone with a legal background. Now with that said:

VA can design logos, draw up rough contracts, letters of intent, search the web for examples of contracts & letters of intent, and great for research.

Thanks Drew now I need to find a good VA firm.

For this nature of work should I spend a little more an hour or do you think I need to shop around?
