Hello Everyone!

I hope that ya'll are all working busily on your muses and doing everything you can to make them a success!

An update on mine:

The GMAT Coach is steadily growing and things are really getting exciting. There's so much to do I sometimes feel overwhelmed, but I keep the book close to get me back on track. I have managed to stay 100% debt free in this endeavor, using profits and dumping them back into the company to get things done.

First up, a new website. http://www.thegmatcoach.com

It's not 100% ready/perfect yet. I'd love to hear your opinions as to what I can improve. A few things I think can be improved:

-Fonts
-Extensive FAQ's
-Enroll page
-More video testimonials (have them just need to upload)

Again, please let me know what you think will make the site convert better. I am having my VA/web design guy complete the site for me

Next in line for me is developing the video series and implementing a full on 4hww type muse. As of now, in the company's infancy, I am still handling many tasks that could be outsourced.

For all those that love to see numbers...

I'd say we've done $12,000 - $15,000 in revenue in the past few months, all from live workshops. We've had one student get unbelievably pissed because she didn't get the score she "wanted" even though we spent over 35 hours with her (we normally do 20 hours) and she increased her baseline score 150 points!

I learned a ton from the experience and read the 80/20 customer rule in the book to remind myself of what is really important... the "no problem" customers.

A few notes... take 'em or leave 'em

• You mentioned Fonts... Leave them alone for now (its good enough and not worth your time when you should be focused on product creation and selling.
  
• The big rotating graphic... really nice, BUT... every single one of those should click into a CTA (call to action), not just a page to learn more... Pick 1 or 2 things you want every visitor to do in order to get them into your funnel and find a way to spin each one of those graphics (headlines) into a CTA... For example, "get started by taking the free test" could probably used on almost all of them... but you might also ask them to call you, or sign up for a 1 on 1 free consultation... or whatever... just pick 1 or 2 and drive everyone to those CTAs... test which ones have the best sign up rate, and also their conversion to fully paid customers, etc.
  
• On the Free Test page... Don't require so much info... people aren't looking to get married to you yet, they just want a fast, painless test drive to see if you know what you are talking about. My suggestion, only require their email... period. Don't even put the other fields on there at all.
  
• What is my guarantee if I'm taking it for the first time? 50 points higher doesn't seem to apply to me.
  
• Is that the most powerfull guarantee you can offer? Why not say you'll give their money back (or 150%)... but in the finer details you can still require that they work one on one with you for x number hours and if they still don't score well, then you would refund them... It seems it would be more powerful of a guarantee to give their money back (or even 150% money back, or whatever %)... of course the requirements on getting your money back would be stringent to prove that they really are trying (attend course, show score proof, attend 1on1 coaching, etc).

Wow! tidy looking site, congrats!

Can I ask who you got to do the design work? Did you outsource on elance/odesk or did you use a local web designer?

Thanks for the encouragement guys. It really does mean alot, especially on the days when things don't go exactly as planned!

I outsourced to my web design guy in India. He was easily $3500+ less than all of the local web designers I called.
