Affiliate Review Site - Please advise automation steps

Hey Guys,

Recently read 4HWW and loved it! I have started a muse www.Payprepaid.com.au an Australian based prepaid review website with the goal of getting loads of adsense (Like Plentyoffish mm I wish) or loads of affiliate clicks CPA's.

I am wondering what my plan of action should be? I paid someone to make the website, paid for SEO thought the clicks are still not very high..

How can I turn this baby into a money making machine? It's a booming industry in OZ yet I'm not getting many conversions

Also with a VA, Say I got that staffinseconds one (prefer filo accent over india) for $900per month. Do they also answer and take calls? Can I devert my mobile to a number that will go straight to theirs? And would they be able to full look after my blog ie: write content, post, research, seo, PR, market?
