Default questions along with page numbers on automation

Hi all,

A few months ago i was suggested Tim's new book by one of my closest friends, and sine he's normally a good judge of things, i gave it a shot and read it in the oncoming 2 or 3 days.
Then i read it again.
And another 5 or 6 times, cover to cover, to understand it as well as i could. It wasn't even hard, and since this is my first post ever, lemme just thank Mr. Ferriss on his amazing book.

Okay, enough formality.


My main question is with the idea of "scalability" (on the hardcover page 188) and when to slowly take yourself out of the process of being at the bottleneck of your new business.
I'm at that point in which i have a product tested, with positive numbers, and i want to start the system out, but at you can read at the bottom of page 188...

" Phase I: 0-50 Total Units of Product Shipped:
Do it all yourself. Put your phone number on the site for both questions and order-taking - this is important in the beginning - and take customer calls to determine questions...

(pade 189) ... Answer all e-mail and save your responses in one folder called 'customer service questions.' CC yourself on responses and put the nature of the customers' questions in the subject lines for future indexing. Personally pack and ship all product to determine the cheapest options for both. Investigate opening a merchant account from your local small bank (easier to get than with a larger bank) for later outsourced credit card processing.

Question:
If im 'bootstrapping' it like Tim suggests, and just 'looking into' opening a merchant account, than how can i move the first 0-50 pieces of product without a method of payment? How do they pay you? If not by credit card, and not by cash or money order, cause i wouldn't feel comfortable doing that... then how?

Any idea?

Use PayPal

Its a third party payment processor that people know and trust.

Its owned by eBay, global and functional. On the downside they charge approx 2-3% per transaction

Check it out you can place paypal shopping carts on your website, buy now button, send email requests for payment.. You can select instant notification to email you upon payment.

Another one not near as globally known or popular is 2CO - 2CheckOut
