More explanation of Manufacturers & Fullfillment Centers

Hi Folks,

I get the concept of the book and also of the graph located on page 185 talking about the automation but where I'm still fuzzy is how the "order processing" part works when blending manufacturer & fulfillment house.

My concern is about getting the manufacturer & the fulfillment center working together in harmony, my thoughts are that this is where the 4-5 weeks of automation comes in so you can fine tune both parties but again, it's fuzzy. Any more thoughts to let me know that I'm thinking on the right track or not would be appreciated and also any tips in how you've done this.

Also, I can already feel the fangs of control coming out inside me as that's quite a bit of control to give up to these two parties about my "muse" but hence, that's why I'm here to automate and see my bank account grow while at the same time seeing my fangs of control get crushed along with my stress.

Simply give the fulfillment center authorization to reorder directly from the manufactor. After your first few weeks let the Manufactor know that you will know longer personally be doing the orders and a certain department will take care of all the ordering in the future.

Problem Solved.

You can even have the manufactor and fullfillment center CC you on any emails just to be keep in the loop.
