First Muse - suggestions please

I've decided to start my first muse with reselling exclusive jewellery. I have the domain registered as jeweleligance.com, website is not yet ready.

There are tons of online jewelry shops and Ebay stores. Is it a good idea to start with the site or should I do a test?

I'm a first timer... your views are very important. I'm very happy to find this place, was searching all along for a forum like this.

It is always a good idea to test your product before you spend thousands of dollars on a failure. And if it tests positive, its less stress on you. The "What if" factor is pretty much eliminated.

I take it jewelelegance.com was taken? Because eligance is not the correct spelling for elegance.

It is eligance not elegance (I did a spell mistake and I beleive it cannot be corrected). Do you suggest me to drop eligance and buy a new domain?

Nope, keep it, and buy another domain. Using the misspelled one as your main site is the kiss of death though. It blows your credibility.

Just forward that domain to your main (correctly spelled) site.
