I have aquired a database of 27,000 people includes email phone and address, i will be selling property deals to them, are there any other ways i can get value from the database? affiliates etc.... sell?

What is the market or focus of your database?

You are selling property (i.e. land) to 27,000 prospects? If you are doing that right I really don't think you should need to search for ancillary income streams.
