Default What other digital "hangouts" are you using?

Hey guys,

Last month we launched http://OutsourceFactor.com which helps small business owners find, hire, train and manage virtual staff. This is very much in line with 4HWW principles, of course.

Anyway, I am looking for some out of the box promotion ideas from fellow 4HWWers. We're already active on Twitter, Facebook, blogging, using sites such as WarriorForum, and I have outsourcers promoting the site as well.

We're doing reasonably well attracting jobseeker candidates. We need to do better attracting the online entrepreneur crowd. Ideally the Internet Marketing crowd.

Our main "hook" at this point is that our site is free (free job postings, free resume browsing, etc). AND, we've published an incredibly good quality manual to help entrepreneurs learn to outsource properly.

I'm interested in any and all ideas to promote the site more effectively. So, fellow 4HWWers ... I look forward to all replies!

www.Quora.com is a fantastic site. But don't just spam it, be sure to add lots of value.

Best,
