Default Setting up your company's e-mails

I tried to find an online article online about this but couldn't, thought I'd see and ask how you would go about setting up your e-mails?

Say your domain is ie appletree.com
Would you have
info@appletree.com
your name and your employee names, names@appletree.com

What about an address for Paypal or Google Checkout?
billing@appletree.com?

If you are your only employee, then you only need one email. Set up a good system of folders and have them automatically filtered in there.

Use google apps (there is a free version), and run everything from there.

There really is no sense in trying to make yourself look like a big company when you are not. In general people pick up on that, and it sounds phony. Some day, you will get there. Until then, don't over-think yourself.
