Putting together a 4HWW Group?

I am looking for help in putting together a 4HWW Group. A company would be created and shares sold, but mostly I am looking for 10 solid members of this group to brainstorm ideas and run them through the Ferris System.

Please advise me on all aspects of this group. Where should I look for members and what ads should I place? What is a reasonable buy-in? What legal and organizational hurdles are there? Has anyone done something like this in this group? if so, any advice?
