Default Feedback appreciated on website

Any feedback appreciated on this small business website, it does draw some clients and interest, but not as much as I think it potentially could. I look at the page and see a lot of things that could be improved such as...The links on the right hand side are kind of weak in the design.

I think you have some improvements to do on the website.

A few of them could be :

- the menu on the right is not eye catchy, I think it should go left or at the top, beneath the title.

- the pictures you put as a header should reflect your work. Why not having just one picture of someone listening to headphone and typing date in a computer at the same time, wouldn't that be more showing transcripting in action ? Or you should go with some cliparts.

- unique selling proposition : you are definitely missing one. People can't see what they buy when they enter the website.

- for this kind of service, I would include testimonials and pricing elements on the front page (for example rates from x.xx $ per minute or per page).

I see many things that can be done to the site, first you can come up with a better logo, or the same but with better quality, with some background, you can get better pictures of it

then below it you should get an horizontal menu, I think is the menu that works best for many people

Then you should be stating what you do, big, good looking, well designed, if you can try to contact some customers and ask them to tell you what they think of the service and you can write it there

A big ass call to action button like "buy here" something like that, you can see here what's this all about

http://www.smartpassiveincome.com/ho...nutes-or-less/

Believe me, it doesn't seem like much, but the bigger the better

I think you should look for a better theme, I know many people like "minimalistic" kind of sites, but I think it's better a good looking website, it says that you actually have put some love to it for most people

I recommend you should read this post:
http://my4hours.com/get-a-5000-website-for-50

If you want to get a good logo for less you should check on www.fiverr.com there you can find people who make good work for only 5 dollars

I hope this can help you
