Default back to square one...

i think this could be my first post, but i've been around a while...

so anyway, back in March this year I had the chance to do a lot of work from home, which also enabled me plenty of time to work on muses. giving myself until the end of year to get something solid up and running and then planning to take off early next year to Asia.

an e-commerce store appealed to me, so i got one up and running on shopify. pretty straight-forward, drop-shipping, driving traffic and all that. made some ok sales however had too many issues with the product/wholesaler and since closed it after making a few hundred net. i liked it though, for the right product it would be enjoyable

during this time, i've also tried adsense, i have a mortgage website for my own offline work, and tried blogging. both which i quickly realized would not be my online answer to passive income.

as for making a product, hmm, not really my thing...not sure how those people do it on the warrior forum but good on them...

i've tried building a list. i understand the concept and have built a few lists (not very big but i understand to a point how to do it) but when i get emails from the lists i am on they seem so scammy that i cant believe people would actually buy from these...(the clickbank emails i am talking about) i do like the idea of affiliate marketing, but i am very much stuck at the ground level

anyway...you name it, i've tried it...all self taught...so i've learned a lot yes, i can build websites now, i know some coding, i can put together a facebook fanpage with video with all the bells and whistles, i can set-up an ecommerce store and drive traffic to it, set up a sales page with an aweber opt-in form etc etc..but it's end of November and i've got zilch to show for it..nothing I can pack my things up and work on, nothing that will bring me in $500 per month etc...

so with no muses and not much energy left in the tank. i'm mid-thirties and my deadline is up, so what i do know about is business and equity. i've read thousands of posts on this site, there's lots of ideas sure but i'm tired of trying something and wasting time. i need a mentor, plain and simple. someone who has done it and made it and would be interested in taking on a humorous little side project.

this is a proposition for someone to mentor me, partner with me, JV or whatever... and do nothing but tell me what to do for a slice of equity in whatever i earn. zero cost and true passive income i believe lol. the more i earn, the more you earn on the side.

im not lazy, i've spent more hours than i care to remember this year reading & learning stuff and tapping on this keyboard. just realized i can't do this by myself anymore...

so maybe someone successful has the ego to take this on? if not, i'll just add it to the list of unsuccessful efforts this year

Keywords in the real estate niche tend to be on the high side with Adsense, I tried Adsense a while back with real estate keywords but wasn't able to get anything going as a passive income source, it would probably be a great idea, I would be curious as to ideas with real estate keywords, I can't think of anything at the moment, if you have a real estate website with Adsense ads, the Adwords prices to send traffic would be high so I'm not sure if you'd see a profit.
