Selling Instructor time / tickets

My website has came light years since I started hitting it hard a couple months ago. I've had a couple amazing ideas but don't quite know how to implemented them. Not even sure where to start.

I'm selling dietary supplements on the side to hold myself over and had a great idea. I'm going to start promoting fitness classes on my website. The classes are based off of nutrition. I will sell tickets for my friends whom want to teach the classes and take a share of the ticket.

My friends then in turn will sample people on nutritional products (potentially earning a repeat customer / building own business), and earn money off tickets whilst engaging them in a fun healthy activity they already enjoy doing (hiking, walking dogs, etc. etc. etc.). I will also sponsor challenges with prizes for loosing weight, gaining speed, etc.

This is on top of all my affiliate marketing which is slowing starting to move!

However, I do not know how to organize all this. Ultimately I want my friends to be able to dictate their schedules and the site will setup the payment gateways. Has anybody seen anything like this before? Basically I'm allowing my friends to sell their time through my site in order for them to build their own nutritional businesses.

I just need an example so I can get some ideas. Here's my current course sales copy. The weight loss challenge will be hosted right now in only two cities, Sioux Falls South Dakota and Tucson, Arizona. Just don't know how to organize the payment / scheduling / etc.
