I am going to present a thesis idea to one of the information systems departments here at my Uni in Germany.

I will present one main idea and probably two spinning off from it.

It is a pretty informal meeting but there is a chance I might be able to use some resources/knowledge exchange from the department if they will allow me to do a project-based thesis.

Just curious if anyone knows of any effective techniques or ones that have worked for them. Think of it in the sense of presenting an idea to potential VCs or angel investors...(NOT what I am doing but I think I should at least look somewhat professional).

Thanks in advance!

Presentation Zen by Garr Reynolds is excellent if you plan to use any slides.
