Hi guys and gals!

I am a very long time lurker (though I only registered today).

I've got a project I want to get up.

The basic idea is a holiday rental website, but with a twist!

So I need a site that can do calendars and bookings and accept C.C., with the mechanics of it all quite new to me.

Can you buy templates that provide this sort of thing? Or do u have to pay a coder to build it... I guess I would be looking at $2K for this type of thing?

ANY help would be massively appreciated!

And thx to everyone who's posted i the past - it's been a interesting read!

There are templates that will provide this. You will need mods to add the "take appointments" or bookings part. But you can pay a coder to build it. $2k probably won't do it, though. Not for one you'd like anyway.

All holidays? I assume. Target market? Keep that in mind before you choose any design.

I sent a Private message with some information... I have an offshore team that works for me in one of my companies (a consulting company). Because they are offshore, and because we have built numerous real estate-type sites... I am sure we could build it for a little less than you will find most other sources.

Good luck!

Try googling “holiday rental website script” – just get a pre-made script, I found some for between 30 and 300 bucks. 2K for a simple php script like that is robbery unless you have major customizations done don to it
