Hello Guys!
I have found this very interesting ebook that explains how to build a website that sells.
The book is a TOP QUALITY resource that focuses on the concept of "content-traffic-presell-monetize".
The author of this ebook is Ken Evoy, a VERY well known web pro.
I recommend you to read this book before you embark on any web project.
It explains how to build quality CONTENT that search engines love, so that your site is well ranked for your chosen keywords, so that you get free TRAFFIC.
Then, since you have developed quality content, you are PRESELLING your traffic and the natural consequence is that your website MONETIZES.
This book used to sell for $29, but now the owner of the website is giving it away for free!
I don't know for how long it will be downloadable for free, so get your copy now:

Hope this helps!

Enjoy!
Mmm, seems the same kind of product as http://webpreppro.com/ from our very own webgal. I find webgal's stuff much more convincing and more enjoyable to browse trough. She has a nice blog too.

Wow. Thanks Sven. I appreciate that. I promise I did not put him up to this.
I'll have to take a look at this, though. See what the competition is doing. Although I've not been overjoyed with other aspects of sitesell thus far.

Hi Danny,
Sitesell is very good... but, I have seen your affiliate link on here enough to think that you intentions are may not be very sincere.
While many people will appreciate how to build websites that sell... I'd suggest you be careful posting your Affiliate Links too often... I'm not trying to be a jerk... just making a suggestion that you should be careful before too many people think your advice can't be taken as sincere, but always just a way to make money.
I am an affiliate for sitesell as well, and have been for years... again, sitesell is very good, but it has its pitfalls just like anything else.
Sitesell is expensive, and can be pretty limiting.
However, their are a couple of things that are VERY good about sitesell....
* Content is king - and sitesell preaches this all the way!
* Niche is the way to go... again, sitesell preaches this and even has tools to help you choose one
* the sitesell method is focused on the money making parts of website creation/ownership... and not on the fancy, coolest graphics, etc... This is great because you should focus only on the things that make you money and minimize all other activities (I keep saying that in different posts... sorry, but its true :) )
Again, the link is fine, the content is fine, and the free ebook is fine... just saying you should be careful not to come accross as that annoying "sales guy" that doesnt really care all that much, but just takes every opportunity to sell to you.

Hi Shane,
I appreciate your post, I understand that forum contribution must come first, and I see that you have contributed a lot.
Let me talk about QUALITY information for a moment, since you and I seem to be on the same page about it.
I hope that you have read some of my posts because the info I give here is valuable and it is based on YEARS of online business testing, trial and error and huge Adwords bills.
I have been building my online business for years, and I am now living off it with the exact lifestyle that Tim describes in his book. How many people on this forum can say the same?
One of my main online projects uses the network marketing concept, which I think it is an extremely FAIR business system: I teach people all I know, in exchange for a royalty on the sales volume they are able to move.
So I am used to a system that rewards you if you give something.
If you go to any professional advisor, I can guarantee you that you pay for QUALITY advice.
Why blogging should be any different (and by the way, people that follow affiliate links dont have to pay a penny EXTRA of what they would pay anyway)?
One last comment: the SiteSell URL I posted above DOES allow people to download free ebooks. If people want to buy any SiteSell products after they have downloaded a FREE ebook, that's their choice.
Hope this clarifies my point.

Hi Danny,
I must have been in a bit of a bad mood the day I posted that... I didnt mean to come accross so harsh. When I re-read what I said, I was thinking.... Why did you say that? I guess, I was sincerely trying to say be careful... Maybe I have seen too many people get upset over such things...
LOL... sorry for being a pain.
You are right... I have read your posts, and you do have good advice...
By the way... have you had good luck promoting sitesell? Just curious... I never had that much, but its probably because I didnt make it a focus or one of my top recommendations. What about you?
Once again, just to be clear... your posts, and advice, on this forum have been valuable... thanks for sharing.

Hi Shane
No hard feelings!
:-)
Sitesell is good only for certain online ventures.
I think their online forum is really good, as well as their free ebooks are anyway a great resource to get started.
Are there many people who make serious money using Sitesell?
I guess there are a few.
Last month I got a check from Sitesell for USD 400, and it says that I am in the 77% top percentile.....which makes me thinking that the top affiliates are probably ranking in a few thousands dollars per month...which is not much at all.
But I think Sitesell can be good in the long run, as an affiliate, because you can build your team and earn royalty income.
A sort of internet network marketing.
ciao!
