I own a mortgage company and have launched a few businesses in the past. I currently sell an ebook online and make a decent amount of money each month. BUT, I'm tired of going it alone. I want to partner up with a fellow self-motivated entrepreneur to develop my muses. They are in varying stages of development, just need to kick it up!
1. Real estate investor niche - info-product development and sales.
2. Mortgage broker niche - info-product development and sales.
3. Health/Wellness - nutritional supplement development and sales.
4. Affiliate website - two defined niches ready to roll.
5. Retail store/franchise development - this one could be huge.
Ideally I'd like someone with experience in online marketing and traditional sales and business development.
Let me know if interested via PM or email.
Thanks!
Susan

Susan - Can you send your e-mail address to me at john@copleycapital.com. I used to own a mortgage company (among others)...sold it. I am now doing commercial real estate financing and investing...and working on some muses. All of my commercial real estate investment happens to be in the Denver area right now. My muse ideas/concepts are in the area of nutritional supplements and organic products....so some obvious connections. I would enjoy discussing!

Gatsby - Great post. I have worked directly with a few people I have met on this board, and although I have yet to see profits from any of my efforts, I have learned quite a bit, and always felt the exercise was well worth the time spent. It would be nice to see more cooperation like this actually.
That being said, I own a small pizza chain in Japan and started franchising about three years ago. I am very familiar with retail/franchising development, my first job here in Japan was as a consultant for the Master Franchisee of Little Caesars Pizza, in charge of finding franchisees, and pre-open training (both operations and financial).
Now I do pizza consulting in the US on a part time basis as well, and am familiar with the franchise regulations there. What kind of retail shop were you looking at? They don't lend themselves easily to the 4HWW life style though, although if you have found a retail franchise that does everyone on these boards could get rich off of it.
Send me a PM when you get around to it.
