Hey everyone....so I got my first muse up, http://stores.ebay.com/eightfoldtrading and now I am working on my second which I thought I would share with everyone. It is unlikely but hear me out before you cast judgement. The answer is Tupperware....check out what I found below....(btw I am registered and rocking already)

The products are timeless, so let's leave our mother's old fashioned Tupperware parties behind and move into a more modern and lucrative, online way of selling the products we all know so well.

Let's face it, it's easier to sell a product in a market where the name brand is recognized. Tupperware is a globally recognized brand with products that are not only timeless, but sell themselves.

With this said guys its time to set up an online muse/business with Tupperware.

I say this because I am already a Tupperware Manager. As a frequent visitor of this forum I read your advice, helpful hints and opinions about how to be a self made, home-based, business entrepreneur through online means. This opportunity is one you won't regret.

The way it works is this. To start, you make 25% of all sales. Tupperware handles the shipping, the tax, the CC processing, etc. The money you get you can right off as well and keep tax free.

If your interested leave a message or respond to this and I will get in touch with you about getting an account setup...I honestly have been searching long and hard for muses and now I found it.

You can set it up so you dont ever do a party...make a landing page and link to the tupperware provided site and your off. The only thing you cant do is use the words "Tupp", "Tupper" or "Tupperware" as keywords. This goes for anything that is Registered or Licensed Trademark.

If your are interested I'll lay out all the rules and show how to register and start working that four hour work week.

:)

Thanks,

Jay

I heard about this on NPR. I've ordered Tupperware online before, too, and one piece of Tupperware my mother owned just now broke. My husband looked up and said he was sorry and I laughed and said well it is 35 years old. I'll have to get back with you because I'm swamped trying to get mine idea finalized.

Great! Well I hope you have some enthusiasm because I felt this message board would be a great place to find some people are interested in the shared wealth.

I can sign anyone up in minutes and then bam you run your own business.

(not much online competition yet either = blue skies!)

I am curious as to how this works beyond standard business deductions for expenses incurred...?

You might want to elaborate on that one.

The only way I can see income coming in "tax free" is if you are incorporated (or LLCed, or LLPed, et al.) in a non-income tax deducting state (e.g. DE or NV) and you spend more than 330 days out of 365 abroad, thus allowing you to make a capped $80k/yr. federal tax free.

One question: Are you "referring" people into the company and getting a spiff based on you adding them to the Tupperware business?

If so, this entire thread is spam.

If not, I'm interested in learning more.

This is just a thought but I can't see how this would be profitable. Look at it this way. You are promoting someone elses brand and getting a small percentage for it. Sounds good so far but look at all of the other people on here interested in doing the same thing. Saying that you could promote Tupperware online is a bit of a missnomer. You will all be compeating against one another as well as tupperware.com. You'll saturate the market, surely?

The only thing you cant do is use the words "Tupp", "Tupper" or "Tupperware" as keywords. This goes for anything that is Registered or Licensed Trademark.

And that seams silly to me. If you are promoting Tupperware then (much like any shop) you can use their keywords. If you can't (for whatever reason) the following paragraph (and surely a major selling point o this scheme) becomes redundant does it not?
