I loved tim book and found it very liberating and I am ready to start building a empire. I am currently in the insurance business selling life and health and I am currently not needing a VA at this time but I sure need a advertising company. I would like to out source this because marketing and advertising firms are pretty exspensive in the us. I have posted on all the top outsourcing websites (Elance,O,Brickwork, domystuff) for advertising for my business and I have received nothing of what I am looking for. Can anyone help me locate a onestop shop? a company that can help me put together a marketing plan ( direct mailing, appointment setting, commercials, writing jingles, flyers) and not only a plan but can execute this plan?

There are many freelancers out there who will consider it, but doing that will cost you an arm and a leg. I assure you it is not cheap. You will be in trouble if you don't have a business plan or marketing plan in hand though. There is no free lunch.
If you have cash in hand, then get into franchising. They have a prepared package for you. If you have no cash then that is called bootstrapping, and you will not have the resources to outsource anything, or will have such an insurmountable burn rate that you will be back selling insurance policies faster than you can say Merry Christmas.
