I just finished The 4HWW and I have some questions that I'm hoping some of you can answer for me. I've actually been working remotely from home for the past 9 years, so this book resonated very well with me. But, regarding mini-retirements, I'm not sure I fully understand this for employees (it makes sense to me for entrepreneurs).
Is Tim suggesting that remote employees should take mini-retirements as well? He recommends not bringing your laptop on these mini-retirements so I'm not sure how you would work daily without one. If he is suggesting not working during mini-retirements, how does this work for employees?
Also, if there are any people out there who are employees that are customer facing (sales, support, professional services, etc.), I'd love to hear your success stories. Thanks!!!
