International Flight Tracking Help

Hello all. My husband and I are finally making the move to Buenos Aires at the end of the summer. We hope to go any time between July and September. I want to keep a tracker of some sort on the route between Buenos Aires and a few cities here in the US. I'm hoping for an daily or weekly email that keeps me up on the lowest prices. I see this kind of service on multiple sites, but they either don't offer it for one way trips, or make you pick a specific date if they do. So, questions...

1. Does anybody know of a site that can do this?
2. Do you have any site recommendations that generally seem to find the lowest prices?
3. What is a good price for this flight? The lowest I'm seeing now is about $700.
4. Any tips, tricks, or advice?

If you use Kayak.com they will often have a calendar on the right side of the screen showing you the least expensive fares for the month. Plus you can usually choose a range of departure days rather than a specific day.

Also, according to an article I read lately, Tuesday and Wednesday are the best days to purchase airline tickets - that's when they run their deals. It's not guaranteed but as a general rule it's pretty good.
