Hey all...
My situation is that I am currently working as a consultant six months per year, but in the remaining six I generally work on my muses, spend time with my family, educate myself etc.
I have created my life as a movie trailer (for you viewing pleasure :D):

Nice video, but is it missing some audio?
Having a look at your blog while I'm at it :)
*edit*
Just watched video on your blog (with the audio) - don't know what was going on with youtube. But must admit, much more effective with audio!

Strange, I haven't experienced the sound not being there (and I've watched it a couple of times now... I guess that the view number is "all me" :p)

Funny idea to make it as a trailer ! Nice !
An interesting concept, how much did it cost to produce a video like that?
One of the questions that instantly popped into my mind was - is what you are doing legal in respect to the copyrights?
PS. I bet you could not work on a laptop in the sun like that :P
PPS. The youtube plugin on your webpage shows through your popup box on Google Chrome....

It didn't cost me a dime. It is all done with Apple's iMovie (a fantastic product). Even the music comes from this package (and is why the trailer is not longer).
What do you mean copyrights? Is it the music? (as I mentioned it comes with iMovie).
And I DID work in the sub like that. For several hours I might add (I only went inside to get water or in the pool to cool down). Notice that I use my baby's inflatable plastic ring under my macbook. This is because I was typically wet and didn't want water in the Macbook.
Long live the Macbook Pro (the best computer I ever had).
Thanks for the head up with the Chrome issue, I use standard plugins however so I don't think I will be able to fix this myself.
