Praising the Four Hour Body By Tim Ferriss
http://fourhourbody.com/

I was a vegetarian most of my life
(as a child I sew a cow giving birth).
For years, I rationalize it.

Than it happen, Tim's blog post:
The Science of Fat-Loss:
Why a Calorie Isn’t Always a Calorie. By Dr. Eades.
http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/2008/02/25/the-science-of-fat-loss-why-a-calorie-isnt-always-a-calorie/

With a B12 count of 149 pg/ml,
Dr. Eades book, it seemed, had to be read.

Despite reading his study and logically accepting all that it claims plus being a Darwinista, I was still unable to get over the mental hurdle of eating animals.

Almost two years latter Tim published the
release date of The 4HB, I than declared:
By Xmas day (I’m an Israeli wtf? Eat, drink, and be merry!),
I’ll set my Animal instinct free, and bite the damn beast.

This meant months of mental preparation and vomiting in my mouth a few times.

Fact: Tim is my highest authority on body maters,
I trust him, and do as he says.
(please spare me the: He's not an M.D, I know, I know!!!)

On Xmas day at 6pm a pattern was interrupt:
I eat the best barbecue I’ve ever had (not so challenging)
and it was delish!!!

So, in the name of my Father my Mom and the holy Beast I thank him from the bottom of my gut.

Dear 4hww/4hb community

1. Moderator, if this is not cool, posting things about the 4HB, please let me know and/or remove my post, I totally get it.
2. I'm on day 21 of 30 On my crusade to becoming Angelina Jolie
(I made it up BEFORE 4HB came out), and consider my self a "pro". Let me know if you need my support, having said that, I'll mostly u-turn you to the book. ;)

Well if I ever had a reason to buy 4HB, I suppose this is it. Good on you for joining the world of omnivores. My work in restaurants, along with my travel through 3rd world countries has given me a bit of distaste for vegetarians, and I am always happy to see that someone has converted to my team... To celebrate your new palate, I recommend you immediately find a good Italian restaurant and try saltimbocca , which means literally, 'Jump in the mouth'. Normally served with a good risotto milanese (with saffran, roasted mushrooms and black olives), this small roulade is first wrapped in a thin layer of prosciutto di parma and a couple of fresh leaves of sage before being braised, then slow roasted. Crispy, salty, fragrant, tender, and portions small enough to leave room for desert, this is a meal which will make you wish you had never even considered vegetarianism.

La'Sovah!

BeerInAWineGlass, Sir, please explain.
First and foremost, Thanks for your words,
it’s nice to be commented.

Get this, I use to live in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil and didn’t eat meat,
For years I worked at top French restaurants in NYC (http://fourhourworkweek.com/vBulletin/showthread.php?t=6166), as one of the best waitresses, selling meat dishes, and I just couldn’t bring myself to eat that.

I must be honest though…on my crusade to becoming Angelina Jolie day 24 of 30 (Ferriss’s SC diet) I’ve plateau,
do to decreased protein consumption.
After all I was a vegetarian most of my life, and can’t eat anymore animals or eggs, it’s hard for me.

I think it was Darwin who said that “Eating meat is an instinct; constraining meat consumption is a choice”. I chose to follow my instincts, one steak at a time… :o
