Muse Website Critique- Help!! Feedback Needed

The website just went live. The product is a solid nail covering that revolutionizes the capabilities of nail design and application. Please take a look and provide reactions and suggestions on problems/ideas for improving look-and-feel, ease of interface, and copy. Thank you in advance!

Overall--fantastic!

(btw, I am a spa consultant, so I have a good understanding of your target market.)

Things that are a little confusing:

The left index buttons seem like the only navigation, so I didn't click on the right side ones until last. I find 2 navigation areas confusing.

The index button called "salons & spas" might benefit from a renaming such as "retailers." (My first thought was that was the pro area.)

In the salon/spa area, I really don't like the all-caps titles! eek. Bold is good; drop all caps.

(Reading further on other pages: PLEASE DROP ALL CAPS. yikes. That's considered very bad form.)

In the Your Say section, I'd say you should delete it. Guest-books are "so 1997." Instead, do a Testimonials page.

But really, I think you're off to a VERY professional start! Very good.

On a personal note, I'm working on some skincare product names and was considering the name Minx. Hey--but you grabbed it first! (Actually, I went with something different.) But I still love your name, and it's great for nail products!
