Any advice on protecting a muse from "theft"? I have a clothing product that I am going to send to YMII for production samples. What protection do I have that my idea won't get faxed to China?

I have found that it really doesn't matter what you do. You will eventually be copied if your product sells well anyway. Your energy would be best used bu focusing on selling more of your own product.
In the best case, they will copy you, increasing interest in your product, sending more people to your own site looking for the real thing.
Jeff... did you ever find someone to outsource your first production runs or prototypes? Looking for a similar trustworthy service or person.
IM me please.
Thanks,

Jeff,
The past month(more like 2) I have been working with a sample clothing product and going through the process of getting it made. Initially I looked to outsource overseas but found with the number produced that getting it made by a smaller factory in the US that I could have constant communication with proved a better option. I have had a few problems and talking my way through them with the company was crucial. I have some info on where I ordered my fabric(literally thousands to chose from) and also the company making it. I can email those to you if you want.
Brett
Brett... I could certainly use that info...
Thanks,
Javi

The fabric Company that I work with is:
Eagle Fabrics
1114 E Walnut St.
Carson, Ca 90746
ph.310-86-7700
and the small company that is producing the first small production run is:
NetDotNet
3624 East Olympic Blvd
LA, Ca 90023
ATTN: Elvira or Suzanne
Cell 818-481-8278
I work with Suzanne there. Not sure if she is taking more orders at this time but it's worth checking out.
Hope this helps.
Brett
