Anyone having success with phone answering services?

Hello all,

I loved reading the book, and am in need of a good referance.

I am in need of a virtual receptionist where they can answer customer calls and they can set appointments and do reminders on my ms exchange calender.

I have called www.myreceptionist.com and they have propietary calender software and they can't meshup with my ms exchange and thats what i need.
