Advice and opinions, could one of these VA's help me get rid of an engagement ring you think?

Dude... come on.

What is a VA for? To do the mind numbing routine tasks you need done. Hiring one to do a difficult one off assignment is an exercise in futility.

Take the fraken thing to a pawn shop, sell it, and move on.

Only use a VA for things you know how to do yourself but cost you too much time...

See if a jeweler will consign it for you. My jeweler has sold some pieces for my family in the past. You won't get cash today, but your ring will very likely net you more than if you sold it outright to a pawnshop.

There are certainly a million other ways to sell off the ring, but, as I understand, jewelry is a tougher sale through eBay, Craigslist, and the like.
