Shopify Issues

I built a store on Shopify for my client and tried to use the clients domain instead of the shopify domain. Shopify requires a CNAME so I changed it on my client's hosting and it was accepted by Shopify. 4 days later his domain still doesnt point to the shopify store. Can't figure out what is going on and Shopify support isn't really answering my questions. Its a little frustrating. Has anybody done this?

Did you check to make sure the servers your pointing to are the right ones? Or what you can do is instead of contacting shopify is contact your host and usually they can sort it out better...but it depends on who your host is.
