Hi,

I just have a couple of quick questions that I haven't been able to find an answer to.

1. Are there any sites (preferably Australian) that sell Trade Contracts between the buyer (me) and supplier? Or is it best to get a lawyer to write that up?

2. Are there copyright laws attached to the terms and conditions, privacy policy etc that are displayed on websites.

Many thanks,

Linda

1) Most large suppliers will have their own contracts and typically stick with those. If they don't then any decent lawyer can draft one up pretty quickly without too much hassle and customize it off their templates.

2) I wouldn't recommend just copying someone else's terms and conditions. You could find free/cheap sites offering them online and just copy and paste; but, as always, if you want to be the most protected then chat with a lawyer about it (or perhaps if you're using a web developer they'll have one to tack onto your site for you).
