So, what if I come up with a descent Niche that has plenty of online resources and interest, but nothing shows up for Google Adword activity? Is that an automatic Game Over?
Also, Does the Traffic Estimator look for existing ads with those keywords or does it just check if people are searching for those keywords?
Any other tips on how to quantify if a niche will have a PPC market?
What do you mean nothing shows up for Google Adword activity? You mean there are no advertisers?

Sorry, I'm a little new to this. I mean that when I go to the google adwords site and use the Traffic Estimator, it doesn't show that my keywords will get any traffic.

It sounds like you might be creating your own niche, in which case if you're using Google Adwords you should advertise under words that they ARE searching for. It might be a little bit tougher, but the payoff could be great since you're automatically the only one in that niche.

That is basically your first failed test. It is a sign that your niche is not actually a niche at all, and you misjudged your product. You might be better served by turning the camera back on your muse and re-evaluating the idea.
