I am designing my muse and having trouble coming up with a good Lose-Win proposition for it. I am going to be selling a subscription service (renewed annually and semi-annually) for patients to order prescription drugs that are swallowed/chewed instead of inhaled and repackage them to be easier to manage before being shipped.

The only kind of lose-win proposition that I can come up with is waiving the most recent membership renewal of the service if the company cannot ship the custom-packaged prescription drugs where patients receive them on time. What are your suggestions regarding the lose-win guarantee? Thanks in advance.

Get your muse and site up and running. Product guarantees are great, but don't let that be a hitch. Just go with the easy 100% satisfaction guarantee, and get started.

The impact of a lose win prop is negligible compared to the overall scope of the project, and you can always update/revise as you progress. It is not a deal breaker at all, and no one has ever not made a purchase decision based on the lose-win prop. That is sole a sales gimmick, a very effective gimmick, but still just a tool.
