In case you didn't know, there are plenty of free podcasts in the iTunes.com store on a variety of subjects of interest to 4HWWers -- ecommerce, languages, starting a business, and so forth.

You can play these podcasts on your iPod, desktop, or laptop; and you can subscribe to various podcasts so that new podcasts in a series are downloaded automatically as they become available.

People wanting to become 4HWWers might want to check out these free learning resources. I've found the podcasts I've listened to (and watched, in some cases) so far to be very helpful.

Were there any you would recommend in particular that are relevant to 4HWW? Or how are you sorting them?

Thanks in advance!

Were there any you would recommend in particular that are relevant to 4HWW? Or how are you sorting them?

There are free podcasts from StartupNation.com, CNBC's "Business Nation -- How I Made My Millions," and MSNBC's "Your Business", for example, that might be helpful to 4HWWers. Other free podcasts that might be appropriate to 4HWWers will depend on the needs of each individual (e.g., e-commerce, languages, whatever). There are hundreds of free podcasts to choose from.

Thanks to the Internet and globalization, 4HWWers are able to outsource a significant portion of their business functions to contractors and other businesses located all over the globe instead of performing those functions more expensively in-house. But 4HWWers are still running a small business and all of the usual executive skills (management, communicating, personal goals and motivation) still apply. The free podcasts help 4HWWers train themselves using their iPod or laptop instead of attending expensive training seminars.
