Hi all,

I'm not quite ready to launch this part of my business immediately, but I want to start sniffing around to find out what's currently possible.

One of the cornerstones of my business model is friendly, stellar customer service. Now, I just need to figure out how :). I definitely want it to be with native English speakers, preferably in the US. Some of the outfits I've stumbled upon on the web have a monthly minimum which is far too high for me as a new business.

I basically need people to take orders, answer limited questions, and handle returns. It would be great if some auditing ("this call may be recorded") was part of the plan. Are there any CS businesses out there catering to small retailers?

Thanks for letting me pick your collective brains!

Carrie

I think that any start up business should handle that themselves.

You will learn a lot about the customer and be able to train the service providers a lot better when you have done it yourself first.

It also adds to customer experience. When I call my broadband supplier I get one of their own people on the line. The kind of answers they are able to give is soooo much better than callcentre nitwits could give : )
