I've gone through the book a million times and the only thing Tim doesn't have a recommendation for is printing. (Unless it is there and I just missed it over and over.) I need to print something like a booklet or guide, not a full on book, so I don't need a self-publishing house or anything like that. Does anyone have recommendations for finding a printing place? Thanks.

That's a key. He doesn't mention the sheer amount of faxing you probably will have to do as well. A printer is a necessity.

I've used http://www.wavelinedirect.com quite a few times for booklets, postcards, business cards and flyers. Good results, great customer service and very reasonable pricing. They wholesale to the neighborhood quick printing businesses, but will sell to anyone who asks.

Another I've used for business cards and postcards is http://www.clubflyers.com Again good pricing, but strange quantities required on the orders. See for yourself. The finished cards look great.
