Not sure what you want to print exactly, but here are a couple sources that I have used for years with excellent results.

PS PRINT
I have had good luck with psprint.com (http://www.psprint.com/). i have used them for years, and have referred many people to them as well. If you live in the SF Bay Area, you can save shipping charges by picking up your order (check the "will call" box when checking out). Their website has an instant cost calculator for most items. They do all sorts of different promo materials.

Especially useful are the "Club Flyers" as they can be customized to almost any size or shape. I helped one client design square business cards, then we printed them with psprint (2500 of them for $230!). Their customer service is great. If you are not happy they will reprint it. They can be used as post cards, as thick/glossy promo flyers (I did an 8"x8" double-sided card that featured lots of hi-res photos and some copy, which were used to pass out an industry conventions).

VISTA PRINT
Like PS Print, Vista Print (http://www.vistaprint.com/) is a good resource for basic materials, with a long roster of different items to choose from. Their business cards are basic, but sometimes that is all you want. They made a name for themselves by offering free business card printing (they still do this).

MOO
This is not a printer for training materials, per se, but still important for self promotion or for social cards. An amazing resource for unusual, memorable business cards is moo.com (http://us.moo.com/en/). Their "Mini Cards" are about the width of a standard business card, but they are not as tall. They are thicker paper and they have a waxy coating they gives them a lovely look and feel. They will print 100 mini cards with photos/images that you upload for under $18-20. You can even do up to 100 unique-fronted cards (i.e., 100 different photos). Or just upload one image and print 100 identical cards. blog promos, or as ways to hand out pictures of a new baby with a birth announcement on the back.

I think I have gotten about 50 people hooked on them just by handing out mine! Having all different ones, then letting people pick out the images they like is great. It engages people and they find it memorable. People also use these mini cards as hang tags for sales items, gift tags, etc. Having the ability to do tiny batches is very useful, as you can adapt to the ones that people like best.

I would not recommend MOO for their standard business cards, as the paper quality is not great, and they lack the waxy coating which makes a big difference.

Hope this helps!
