Hey Everyone-
Haven't been on in a while, but believe me, my muse has been on my mind the whole time. It was nice to log on and see that a few people IMed me asking me how it was going - one person even said he recommended my muse to someone else and to count it as a sale! How's that for product testing?
So first of all thanks for the interest.
For those of you who don't know me, my muse is 90daypianist.com - an ebook about learning to play the piano without music in front of you. Something I Have years of experience with, though my mom has questioned my teaching abilities (lol).
What have I been up to? Well - get this - my computer exploded. My motherboard fried, or something like that. Of all the obstacles in the world, huh? SO I have a laptop now.
My site, 90daypianist.com, is the same, but that doesn't mean I haven't been working. I've improved the eBook to include pictures and sounds, and I've set up an account for customers to download. So I can have the business running by the end of the week - and will.
The main challenge ahead is dealing with PPC. I've found a few interesting resources, but I"m going to keep the "testing" mantra and just keep going. My budget is limited, but a three-paycheck month helps for funding. (Background: I'm 23 with lots of rent but little OTHER expenses.)
I'm thinking of doing some freelance writing if I need additional funding - I'm getting hungrier and hungrier for this, so I'm willing to work at it. Failing that, I'll keep taking a few hundred per month and learn PPC until I start converting and getting to my goal.
My dreamline has changed. It's up to 500/week. That's expenses plus a little added on as Tim recommends.
Hold off the comments on the page right now if you can...I'm going to update it yet with the OLD changes first.
