What is the best accounting software for my little LLC?
Want:
-webased (for my VA)
-industry standard or at least something any CPA will know how to use
-nice to have, potential to scale up to a large Corp just incase I make it big
You all know the business model. What do think I should use?

Quickbooks, seems to be very easy to use.
If you have an accountant, check if they are compatible but it is widely used.
There is a free 30day trial download, then the starter edition from £60

I'd also recommend Quickbooks. I'm a professional accountant, and am looking at a business structure that provides/outsources that service, and I use Quickbooks for my existing clients.

This is an old thread but I will give a +1 for QuickBooks. I did a fair bit of research and it seems to be the most widely used and recommended, and a recent free trial I utilised certainly bolstered this reputation.

I like www.lessaccounting.com
It is scalable...and they actually provide a VA for you to do your books.

BTW, QB has an online version, though it is more limited than the stand alone, especially in regards to reporting. I've used both in many companies and up to about $5M you're good. Best buy for the money and almost any accountant or tax guy will be able to work directly from your company file.
