Outsourcing Admin/Followup/Etc.. Not having success finding a cheap one!

Hey Everybody I hope you are all progressing w/your new life,
I looked into YMII to be the low cost solution but they had me goto the Friday co.? Does anyone use a 5-6 dollar per hour VA?
