Looking for monthly web hosting

Mainly, I am looking for a web hosting that charges monthly. I don't want to pay in advance and get stuck with a host.

I came across chime host - http://www.chimehost.com but I can't seem to find many websites reviewing them. I see justhost on hosting review sites but they require yearly payment for the low price.

godaddy sucks. I have dealt with them for way to long, and recently switched to bluehost. What a difference a good hosting provider makes!
