Copywrite question

Hi Guys, it's a year since I first read the 4hww and after picking up the updated version this week I have decided to put into action a business plan I have had for a while.

I won't go into too much detail but it involved making and selling guides to well known books - similar to study guides that you see for students.

My question is, can I use the name of another product on my own. If I wanted to name my ebook "A guide to 'Of Mice and Men'", do I have to get permission?

Also to do I need permission to quote another book in my own?

Any advice much appreciated :)
