Last Man In Europe

Hi all,

I am considering a muse based on a DVD which I would sell in Asia and possibly mainland Europe (I am in England).

However, I am worried that it might not be feasible because of peer to peer (P2P) uploading and Youtube.

What happens if I sell a few DVDs and someone decides to put it up on a video sharing site or makes it available for download? Surely customers would not want to order my product if they can get it for free online.

I considered selling this with a transcript/workbook because this would be harder to duplicate but the problem still exists to some extent because some people might settle for not having the workbook and make the online video suffice.

I'm new to all of this, so thanks for your patience and advice.

Cheers,

Steve

If you own the copyright, youtube will (have to) remove it if you ask them.

As for peer to peer, if it not copied it is worthless. Make sure that you offer more than just the video....
