Sorry if this is long but it is my first post. I have been struggling with finding a muse for a while since reading the book. I am an architect. This field is highly service oriented and not much about it can be automated. However, one thing that I am good at within my field is architectural visualization.

For my muse, I am interested in selling information that deals with interactive and realtime architecture visualization. Using these techniques, a 3d model is turned into a video game essentially instead of just a movie or still image.

I am not really sure how to proceed from here however. I have looked into google keywords but I am not sure what to do with the results. For example:
Interactive Architecture gives an estimated global monthly search volume of 4400, and average CPC of $1.95. How do use this to help me?

I think my best strategy would be to develop a blogish type website based of my content then sell information from that?

Idn, just looking for ideas on how to advance this further.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Ryan,

I'm fairly new to the environment myself but my initial thought is that this is way too narrow for a successful muse. It's a niche and the ideas are really good and no doubt you are very good at it......maybe you would even enjoy doing this while on a mini-retirement somewhere?
Begs the question, what can you outsource, automate, and cash-flow, that you have no "attachment to"?

Curious to read what others think. Thanks for posting.

I think you're onto something here, but it can't really be automated as-is. It would make a good program -- possibly used in conjunction with AutoCAD or 3dMax? I'm not too up on what's new in architecture, but maybe this is something to talk over with a game/program developer rather than here? You might get more useful responses about the possibilities.

Also, would the current housing market affect your business? Positive or negative? Would it help architects do more, faster? Or is it nice to have? Would it increase their sales to show it off to potential clients?

Could you bundle it and sell it as either a membership item or outright purchase?
