I'd like some more passive income coming in. I do seminars on how to get a higher standard of living by spending less, and I'd like to get that seminar online so you can view it online directly after paying, (not using a special URL that can be copied, but rather a kind of delivery system to a specific IP address or something, I don't know). That way, I can do the seminar once and get paid until the details change and I have to do another one. Does anyone know about anything like that?

As for my update! It gets better and better. For those of you who read the time domination thread a couple months back, you better hold on to your seats.

Since I last posted here, I have a property management company. Start up costs $50 (but really free since I was reimbursed) and sweat equity. We now have three properties and am looking to advertise on Craigslist for more. It took about ten minutes to start the business. One phone call and we were hired!

We will need two to three American workers for our property management business in the coming months, so we are well on our way. Since we are not an "entity" right now, but just hired help, what happens when the hired help hires help? What's the cheapest/best avenue here? I think I should go the LLC route and hire independent contractors. Any experience with day laborers and how do we do the legalities/taxes?

The other news is that I'd been looking for some farmland, but couldn't find any with the right specs. Then I find it with the works - thousands of mature hard lumber trees, hundreds of fruit bearing trees, irrigated by a river, grazing land, 800 heads of cattle, 150 sheep, all the equipment, roads already in place, wildlands on the outskirts, caretakers house, everything included. But the price!

I said, Lord, where am I going to get all that money? I was given the idea for a company that would pay for the land. I researched the company, and it takes $250,000 for the equipment to make 200 units per hour and require 80manhours per week to operate at capacity. I said, Lord, where am I going to get $250,000? I called the director of one of these companies and asked them about partnership arrangements. They are willing to provide the equipment in exchange for licensing and royalties.

I said, thank you Lord! Did the research on salaries where the operation would be. It's $100-$150/week is a great salary there, so payroll would be inexpensive. Then, I was told I needed at least a 2,000 sq ft building to put the equipment. I said, Lord, where am I going to get money to build a facility!

It's already waiting on me, thank you small government promoting foreign investment.

Now, watch this. The time it took me from the moment I found the land to find out how to pay for it all, debt free? 1 HOUR.

As I was explaining my situation to a friend, I literally was brought to my knees. God is so good.

When I first read T4HW, I was especially interested in geoarbitrage. I thought about how many poor people could get really good paying jobs out of this. I read T4HW sometime this summer. Now it's winter, and I actually have a rough idea of how to provide three full time (two laborers and one business manager) and one part time (delivery driver) jobs to people who desperately need them. All glory goes to God, who gives the ability to escape the constraints of time and the economy.

Also I am looking for a "recession proof" product with high revenue per unit sold that I can use a drop shipper for. Suggestions?

Another question, if selling a health product online from overseas (and the company is set up overseas), do you have to meet FDA requirements in order to sell it legally to US customers? I've tried some great medicine overseas for a foot injury I had that blasts US products out the water. There are many such products out there, but I'd like to sell mainly to Americans from overseas. Anybody know how to get that started?
